I while back I wrote a post about Malcolm Gladwell, someone I think is very interesting and also a deep thinker.
In my Post I talked about one of his books called "Tipping Point", well it seems all is not good in the world and there are doubters out there ... In this article on FastCompany Duncan Watts asks "Is the Tipping Point Toast?". Great reading if you are interested in consumer marketing, and I got as much to think about from this as I got as I did Malcolm's book.

Ok, this is pretty amazing, I can't say I have seen anything like it before ...
Someone asked me the other day what Twitter is ... I swear my jaw almost dropped.
So from the Twitter FAQ ...
What is it?
Twitter is a service for friends, family, and co–workers to communicate and stay connected through the exchange of quick, frequent answers to one simple question: What are you doing? Bloggers can use it as a mini-blogging tool.
Ok I must admit when I heard of it myself, there was a bit of a yawn and disinterest stuck around for quite a while ... but for some reason a month ago I decided to go have a more serious look ... and I must say, it is strangely addictive. LOL not that I need any more distractions.
Go have a play ... it's a bit of fun and much more entertaining than recruiting Zombies on Facebook.
You'll find me at My Twitter Page
If you want to get an idea of the main things happening, or should I say being discussed, on Twitter have a look at
http://www.twitterverse.com/
Want to find help with something?, like when I was looking for new software for my iPhone
http://summize.com/
And if you get lonely, and need new friends

Have fun, and let me know what you think

One of the things I like about myself is the ability to appreciate other peoples craft and skill. I came across this a number of months ago on youtube and found myself drawn into Takagi Masakatsu's moving paintings and the description of how he works.
You have to admire someone not only blessed with great observation, but also the ability to recreate what he sees in a new medium.
I liked his closing quote, in talking about seeing colour and light in the world ... "In a sense I am not expressing anything that is not already there"

Ok we all know that it doesn't mater what industry you are in, or how you spend your time. It is those people that have the best creative spirit that seem to do so well, and have the most fun. This video shows how the best creative juice is made ... enjoy :-)
