I think its true that most people just go through the motions especially with their customers. I'm still new at this whole business thing but I have found that being honest and truly connecting goes much further then just simply going through the motions of social media/networking. Anyone can write a blog, use twitter, start a website but there is only a select few that really take it to the next level. I know when I encounter them because they stand out and I don't forget that.
