With all due respect (and plenty is due) they don’t need Kevin Roberts, they need me. Well not me, pick any early adopting, blog reading, net savvy geek. We all left Telecom ages ago, and if not ages ago, then we certainly did with local loop unbundling.

Kevin may fall into that category, but they could’ve saved some money if that’s why he was hired.

We need solid results, we’re the people who speed test, rigorously compare packages, and post about up-times. It’s a reflection of just how much Telecom doesn’t get it.
